Nab & Needles Back to the Dredge
Winter dredging is well underway again with the new look split hopper barges Nab and Needles both back hard at work in the Solent area. Working together with our 30m x 9m backhoe dredger ‘Doreen Dorward’ and her onboard 50t long reach excavator, they enable dredging to continue around the clock to support marinas on the South Coast. Giant Whale Sculpture Towed to Dundee

New Look NAB Returns for Haslar Dredge
The winter dredging season got under way this month at Haslar Marina with our Multi-role dredging veteran Doreen Dorward and a new look split hopper barge NAB on site to carry out the work. We have been involved with marina operators Boatfolk, and The Seahorse Trust, to support them in their BBC interview visit on the 28th July 2021. Moving the Monster Mould
Jenkins Marine was contracted to carry out the collection and delivery from Lee on Solent of a new mould, built by mould makers Monster Cam, back to the Sunseeker facility in Poole Harbour. The mould will be used for a new line of Sunseeker vessels. Read More
Let’s Go Dredging!
Jenkins Marine are thrilled to announce they have been awarded a new significant dredging contract. The work is sheduled to commence on 3rd August in Plymouth, working for Volker Stevin on part of their £50M redevelopment of the Thanckes Oil Fuel Depot which provides fuelling facilities for the Royal Navy at Devonport Naval Base.
