Jenkins Marine have been on site at Sandbanks to recover a fixed wing plane after it crashed into the sea at Bournemouth Air Festival. The crash, involving a 1940’s Boeing ‘Super Stearman’ occurred at 3.52pm on Saturday on the way back to its base after performing. Read More

Jenkins Marine was instructed by Isle of Wight Council to carry out a capital dredge in the River Medina where it approaches Newport harbour to increase the depth of the navigable channel. The full dredge length was over 500m from start point to its finish in Newport harbour. Read More
We were commissioned by the Poole Harbour Commission to assist with the replacement of some of the harbour's navigation markers. With over 73 large floating navigation markers and additional sub channel markers it is a very important requirement to ensure these markers are managed and maintained at all times. Read More

Jenkins Marine was contracted to carry out the collection and delivery from Lee on Solent of a new mould, built by mould makers Monster Cam, back to the Sunseeker facility in Poole Harbour. The mould will be used for a new line of Sunseeker vessels. Read More
Jenkins Marine Ltd. were contracted to supply and install 17 new piles to form the foundations for a new restaurant development. This project involved both the Doreen Dorward, our 50-tonne crane barge suited for piling projects and the Stour as a piles/materials transportation barge. Jenkins Marine has commissioned ship building specialists Manor Marine to manufacture and install two new wheelhouse and accommodation modules for the Split Hopper Barges, ‘Nab’ and ‘Needles’. The superstructures will be manufactured in Portland over the coming months, with an aim to complete the project by Summer 2021. Read More
