Tugboat POLMEAR is a workboat, certificated under the MCA CAT2 Workboat Code for operations up to 60 nautical miles from a safe haven. She is perfectly suited for short distance towing operations with an estimated range up to 700 Nm. The vessel design is perfectly suited for ports with NAABSA dry out berthing areas. A spacious aft deck and quick release towing hook, with remove release capability, suited for safe towing and harbour support operations. She is available for towage and survey works throughout the UK.
